Gold Portrait Photography (M1E18S1H)

(a)  Amount of Deposit stated in the photographic service contract, together with the full payment of products (eg. Album/ Canvas), if any, have to be paid within 3 days upon confirmation. 
(b)  Only cash or cheque will be accepted for the payment. 
(c)  Cheque payee name “CMLeung Gallery Limited”.
(d)  Price list is valid for ONE month only, the Gallery is entitled to authorise any  adjustment of it after one month.
(e)  The reservation of wedding day or pre wedding day service will be temporary held for 3 days starting from the contract issued date. And the day reserved will be automatically released without the receive of deposit after these 3 days.
(f)  All payments made prior to the wedding day or pre wedding day are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Pre wedding shoot section will last for 6-7 hours which including transportation but excluding the two-hour makeup part.
-  Pre wedding shoot will be taken during weekdays (Monday to Friday), if weekend or public holidays shooting is requested by client, a 5% surcharge of the package price will be added.
For both wedding day or pre wedding day shoot, a surcharge of HKD2,500 per hour for the team (HKD3,800 per hour for CM Leung) will be charged for covering the overtime period that is beyond the number of hours stated in the package.
For both Wedding day or Pre Wedding day shoot, an additional HKD2,500 for the team  (HKD3,800 for CM Leung) would be charged if the work starts before 8:30am. Besides, extra taxi fare will be claimed the work to be started earlier than 7:30am.
- For Wedding day, meals must be provided for photographers for full day attendance.

Photo Retouch
- For Wedding day shoot , digital photograph with basic touch up effects ( Exposure and Color Tone )  , will not include body and skin retouching, removal of items etc.. Special effects will subject to surcharge.
- For Pre Wedding day and Portrait shoot shoot ,with basic touch up effects ( Body and face reshaping, Skin smoothing,Remove mole, acne and pimples <less then 30  . Make only one modification for free 
-Remove bags and dark circles under the eye, Unwanted objects removal (it depends), Breast adjustments, Height of the hairline
Special effects will subject to surcharge.

-  Photographic lead time is 14 - 16 weeks (non-peak seasons) and 16 - 20 weeks (peak season) after wedding day or after choose pics ( pre wedding and Portrait ) 
-  All Un-edit photo files will not be provided to client, in all cases.       
The Gallery will not print out any digital photos due to environmental issue, photos will be saved in digital file in USB Drive or cloud storage instead. 
The Gallery will only keep ONE MONTH back up for all files.   
-  The Gallery entitles to use all images produced for exhibitions, editorial and/ or display purposes.
For Album:
(a)    Album production lead time is 12 - 24 weeks excluding delivery.
(b)    Standard album means standard design and standard number of pages by the Gallery. Extra pages and special requirement will subject to surcharge.
(c)   Standard Album will go ahead with our standard design, and it includes ONE time revision only.
(d)   In case of album revision, client need to provide clear instructions by written document through e-mail. It only allows revision of photos position, NO new photos could be added, in all cases.
(e)   If the Gallery have not heard from client regarding the final decision on their  preference images 6 months after they received the set of images for selection from our side, the Gallery will regard it as a sign of forgo of album making that is initiated by the client and the Gallery will not follow through.
(f)   A handling fee of HK$800 will be charged for storage service if client do not collect their albums from the Gallery within 3 months since our first notification about the finished product.
- In case of changing shooting day initiated by client for all kinds of reasons (except for weather issue), either for wedding day or pre wedding day:
Client should inform the Gallery 30 days before their shooting day and settle the outstanding balance on time, then the shooting day to extend could be within 1.5 years
With client’s short notice (within 30 days notice in advance of the shooting day), client still have to settle the outstanding balance on time, together with a 50% surcharge of their package price and the cost for the shooting (e.g. flight ticket and hotel accommodation for photographer) will also be charged. In such case, the shooting day to be extended could be within 1.5 years.  
With client’s short notice within 30 days in advance of the shooting, and no outstanding balance is settled on time by the client and no surcharge (please refer to item“b”) plus the cost for the shooting (please refer to item “b”) is received, the Gallery will regard it as a sign of forgo of shooting that is initiated by the client and the Gallery will not follow through.
If Client subsequently cancelled/terminated the booking after the deposit had been paid, the Photographer reserves the right to seek on top of full indemnity and compensation of 100% of the photographic service, a surcharge of 20% of the total contract sum representing administration costs and penalty charges plus reimbursement of all disbursements and incidental expenses including but without limitation to costs of flights, transportation, hotel lodgment etc. from Client.

If Client wishes to change the shooting date 
(a)    at any time no less than 30 days of the original scheduled shooting date, Client acknowledged and agreed that Photographer is entitled to impose a surcharge of 20% of the total contract sum representing administration costs and penalty charges.  Client shall also be held responsible for all disbursements and incidental expenses already incurred by Photographer. The rescheduled shooting date is subject to Photographer’s available working schedule.
(b)     at any time less than 30 days of the original scheduled shooting date, such change is deemed a cancellation/termination of the original service package and a new booking with new charges afresh will be imposed.
